Our trailer scissor lift is a wheeled mobile electric scissor lifting platform designed for flexible outdoor & indoor high-altitude operations. Different from fixed lifting equipment, this unit comes with movable rubber tires and foldable support outriggers, which can be manually towed or pulled by small vehicles to any working site easily. Powered by built-in lead-acid batteries, the whole lifting & lowering action runs fully electric without complicated hydraulic oil refueling daily. The thickened manganese steel scissor arms guarantee structural stability when fully extended, while the anti-slip work platform holds workers and maintenance tools safely.

1 Stable Four Outrigger Support Four independent foldable outriggers come with round base foot pads. Before lifting, operators need to unfold all four legs and adjust height separately to level the platform, which avoids tilting on rough floors, slopes or outdoor concrete ground. The warning text "Prohibit Use Before Open Supporting Leg" is printed on the side to remind operators of safety rules.

2 Wear-resistant Mobile Towing Wheels Large solid rubber tires with metal wheel hubs resist sharp gravel, cement residue and small metal scraps on construction sites. No tire burst issues during long-term outdoor work. The whole machine can be pushed manually or towed by small tractors, forklifts and pickup trucks to transfer between different job sites quickly.

3 Large Anti-slip Working Platform The flat top platform uses patterned anti-slip steel plate to prevent slipping when workers carry tools or materials. Removable high guardrails surround the platform to stop falling risks. We can extend platform length for clients who need to transport long pipes, lamp parts or decoration materials at height.

4 Safety Warning Markings All trailer scissor lift machines carry clear English safety reminders: "WALK SPEED CAN'T EXCEED 5KM/H" and leg usage prohibition text. Each hydraulic system fits pressure relief valves; the platform will lock automatically once overload exceeds rated load, effectively avoiding tipping accidents.

A1: Yes. Our factory supports full customization. If standard 4-18m height and 300-2000kg load can't meet your job demand, send us your required max height, weight you need to carry and platform length, our technical team will redesign the scissor structure and offer exclusive quotation.

Q2: What certification do you provide for export to Europe?

A2: All our mobile scissor lifts pass CE certification meeting EU aerial work machinery standards. We supply original CE test report and certification document for customs clearance in EU countries like Germany, France, Spain, Italy etc. We also can apply for other regional certificates as clients' requests.

Q3: How long can the built-in battery last for continuous work?

A3: Fully charged standard battery supports around 6-8 hours continuous lifting operation under normal rated load. If you need longer working hours without charging, we can upgrade larger capacity batteries as an extra option. Full charging time takes 6-8 hours with the matched built-in charger.

Q4: Is it allowed to operate the lift on sloped ground?

A4: Only operate after unfolding all four outriggers and adjust each leg to make the whole platform completely horizontal. Do not lift the platform when outriggers are folded or ground slope exceeds 3 degrees to avoid tipping risks.
