1. Do not raise the platform unless it is stable, the outriggers have been properly adjusted and leveled, and they are firmly grounded;
2. Do not operate this machine on uneven ground;
3. Do not adjust or retract the outriggers while there are personnel on the platform or while the platform is raised;
4. Do not move the machine while the platform is raised; if relocation is necessary, first fully lower the platform and disengage the outriggers;
5. Overloading is strictly prohibited;
6. Do not use this machine to lift cargo or equipment; this machine is intended solely for lifting personnel and tools;
7. Do not conduct outdoor operations during strong winds;
8. Do not forcefully push or pull objects outward while operating;
9. Do not sit, lie down, stand, or climb on the platform guardrails;
10. Standing or stacking objects beneath the raised platform is strictly prohibited;
11. Do not use this machine as a ground connection for electric welding;
12. Do not operate this machine under any foreseeable hazardous conditions.
