Startup and Shutdown

Forward and Reverse Movement

Lifting and Lowering
Lifting Operation: Use the lift control lever to raise the load to the desired height.
Lowering Procedure: Lower the load slowly and carefully to prevent damage to the cargo or injury to personnel.
Steering
Steering Method: The electric forklift is steered using either a steering wheel or a steering lever.
Safety Precautions: Monitor your speed while turning; avoid sharp turns to prevent the forklift from tipping over.
Driving Techniques
Smooth Operation: Drive the forklift smoothly, avoiding sudden acceleration or abrupt braking.
Situational Awareness: Maintain constant visual awareness of the area ahead and to both sides to ensure the path is free of obstacles.
Load Balance: When loading cargo, ensure the load is balanced to prevent the center of gravity from shifting, which could cause the forklift to tip over.
Emergency Response: In the event of an emergency or sudden incident, remain calm and respond promptly by braking or maneuvering to avoid the hazard.
