Operating Procedures For Single-Mast Aluminum Alloy Aerial Work Platforms

Mar 12, 2026

1. Place the machine on a firm, level, and unobstructed work surface, positioning it directly beneath the intended work area.

2. Extend the outriggers and use the circular bubble level to adjust the machine until it is perfectly level.

3. Connect the machine to an appropriate power supply (AC 220V).

4. Flip the circuit breaker inside the electrical control box to the "ON" position.

5. Turn the red emergency stop button to release it (unscrew it).

6. The operator should board the work platform and use the buttons on the control box, or a ground-based worker may use the buttons on the electrical control box, to control the raising and lowering of the platform. Press the green button to raise the platform and the red button to lower it. In the event of an emergency, press the red emergency stop button to cut off power to the entire machine. (The buttons on the platform control box and those on the electrical control box are wired in parallel and serve identical functions.)

7. If the platform cannot be lowered via the electrical controls, use the emergency oil-release valve: rotate it counter-clockwise to lower the platform. Once the platform has descended, rotate the emergency oil-release valve clockwise to tighten it securely.
