(1) Novel, Fully Hydraulic, Self-Propelled Dedicated Chassis. The self-propelled aerial work platform developed by Hengyuan Weiye-which holds complete independent intellectual property rights-incorporates advanced technologies such as mechatronics integration, reliability engineering, and computer-aided design. This has led to the successful development of a fully hydraulically driven, self-propelled dedicated chassis, thereby breaking through the previous domestic limitation where aerial work platforms could only be designed by modifying standard truck or crane chassis.

(2) Load-Bearing Travel Capability and Excellent Operational Stability. The chassis structure transcends traditional design theories and methodologies; by optimizing the overall layout of the upper platform and the distribution of loads, it effectively minimizes any shift in the center of gravity. Hengyuan Weiye employs a unique large-angle rear-tilting pivot structure and strategically positions various counterweight modules to effectively balance the working moment. Furthermore, the use of an H-shaped, variable-section composite box-beam rigid frame, combined with heavy-duty solid rubber tires, enhances the overall rigidity of the chassis. This ensures the stability of the entire machine during both travel and operation, thereby enabling the aerial work platform to travel while under load.

(3) Multifunctional and Versatile Operating Mechanism. Through a mounting bracket located at the tip of the main boom, users can quickly attach either a lifting device or a personnel platform. This enables a range of functions-including material lifting, hoisting, and manned aerial operations-while simultaneously providing an interface for expanding the range of operational tools and facilitating the rapid switching between various work attachments.

(4) Unique Three-Dimensional Rotating Lifting Device. The three-dimensional rotating lifting device designed by Hengyuan Weiye is capable of automatically maintaining the orientation of the lifted material. Moreover, it allows for the precise adjustment of the lifted object to any height, position, or orientation within the spatial envelope. Featuring precise and responsive speed control as well as excellent micro-movement capabilities, this device effectively meets the rigorous requirements for aerial work and ventilation duct installation within large-scale underground cavern facilities.
